Standalone/Hardware BMS

Ainose Standalone BMS are indigenously designed and manufactured, configuration includes from 1S to 30S with Charging and discharging Currents ranging from 500mA to 600A in both NMC and LFP cells. The BMS can be customized as per requirements with a built-in passive cell balancing.

Supports Protections like Over Voltage and Under Voltage Charge and discharge protections, temperature protections and Over Charge and Discharge protections.

Applications Include General Purpose, Industrial, Mobility and Stationery Energy Storage Systems.

Smart BMS

Ainose Smart BMS are microcontroller based indigenous design, configured from 4S to 250S - NMC, LFP and LTO cells. It comes with Built in passive cell balancing, built in EEPROM-for storing production process files, Accurate detection of SOC and SOH of the battery pack and temperature measurement with NTC (SMD and Thermistors).

Supports Communication interfaces like RS232, RS485, UART, CAN A and CAN B.

Optional Bluetooth with Mobile Application (IOS/Android).

Can be customized with IoT based solution to monitor the battery packs remotely.

Active Cell Balancing is optional for above 5kW Battery packs.

All parameters are software configurable and can be customized according to your requirements.
